About Tom

Managing Director, Capital Markets. Mr. Gentry has more than 22 years in investment sales where he has cultivated deep relationships with, registered RIA’s, independent broker-dealers and ultra-high net worth investors. He has successfully raised over $2 billion of capital in both the public and private sectors specializing in alternative investment offerings.

Previously Mr. Gentry has served as Vice President and Regional Director for a number of commercial real estate investment sponsors and financial institutions including Bluerock Real Estate, Cantor Fitzgerald, MCI, AIM/Invesco and Federated where his roles focused on capital markets activities including product structuring, investment sales, and product distribution.

Mr. Gentry’s product knowledge and experience includes mutual funds, separately managed accounts, ETF’s, non-traded REIT’s, Reg. D offerings / private placements.

Mr. Gentry holds a B.A. in Business/Finance from the C.T. Bauer School of Business at the University of Houston and maintains the FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.

• An investment in the common stock is speculative, illiquid and involves a high degree of risk and there is no guarantee that
investors will receive any return.

• The COVID-19 virus has created economic instability and disruption and the REIT cannot be certain the extent it will impact the REIT’s operations or the value of the REIT’s assets, and therefore the value of the Shares.

• The common stock being offered to investors is non-voting common stock and the holders of all of the REIT’s voting common stock are affiliated with the officers and directors of the REIT.

• The REIT may borrow funds to make distributions to the holders of the common stock.
