About Roger

Mr. Osborne has over 40 years of finance, accounting and commercial real estate underwriting, development and investment experience. Mr. Osborne heads up the Company’s development projects that include the sourcing, bidding, lease negotiation and management of property development through completion. Mr. Osborne brings decades of Federal Government contract and development experience and has served as lead developer, principal developer or development consultant on nearly one million square feet of Federal Government property and more than 4.5 million square feet of additional commercial real estate.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Osborne founded Osborne & Company. As the CEO, he focused exclusively on the development of Federal Government leased building. Mr. Osborne’s relationship with the real estate executive team of the Company started in 2017, when HC Government Realty Trust (“HCGRT”) acquired the Sarasota USDA SIRF facility he co-developed.

In addition to his development experience, Mr. Osborne was the CFO and VP of Finance for major real estate development companies in Houston and New Orleans developing $500 million of commercial real estate. Mr. Osborne was a Texas CPA for thirty years, served as the VP of Finance for the New Orleans Breakers – a USFL team, and a publicly held medical instrument company.

Mr. Osborne holds a B.S., Economics & International Affairs from Florida State University, MBA in Finance from Florida State University and a Masters in Professional Accountancy, Federal Taxation from Georgia State University.

• The COVID-19 virus has created economic instability and disruption and the REIT cannot be certain the extent it will impact the REIT’s operations or the value of the REIT’s assets, and therefore the value of the Shares.

• The common stock being offered to investors is non-voting common stock and the holders of all of the REIT’s voting common stock are affiliated with the officers and directors of the REIT.
