About Lori
Ms. Moody has over 30 years of commercial real estate underwriting and investment experience and has spent the past 10 years focused exclusively on Federal Government leased real estate. Ms. Moody is responsible for early stage investment analysis, the critical pre-acquisition study period and post-closing investment budgeting. Ms. Moody has been involved in the underwriting and management of nearly 50 government leased facilities giving her an in-depth understanding of government leases, tenant agency relations and income and expense forecasting. Such understanding gives her the ability to manage the Company’s investment process from asset identification through the lease life cycle and ultimately tenant retention/renewal.
Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Moody worked with Ed Stanton and Philip Kurlander as the Director of Due Diligence and Asset Management for Holmwood Capital Advisors. Ms. Moody served a similar role at US Federal Properties Trust where she underwrote and provided acquisition management.
Additionally she has provided consulting services for an institutionally backed investment group in the Federal Government real estate space.
Prior to joining US Federal Properties Trust, Ms. Moody was the Director of Due Diligence for SRS Investments a private equity investment firm focused on opportunistic real estate investments.
Ms. Moody holds a BS degree from California State University, Chico.
