About Jeff

Mr Seberg brings 30 years of broad-based real estate finance, accounting, and operational management to the Company. Experiences include Mergers and Acquisitions, accounting, audit, strategic financial planning, tax, and operational streamlining. Seberg has closed in excess of $2.0 billion in real estate-based financing including CMBS, arbitrage, construction, perm, operating lines and leasing among others. Seberg was a co-founding member in ARES LLC, a fully integrated real estate development firm that targeted GSA acquisitions, renovations, and property management. The firm had similar activities in mixed use residential projects.

Over the last 20 years, Seberg has closed more than $100MM in financing related to GSA / VA build-to- suite opportunities, acquisitions, and renovations. He has also supervised and managed the financial operations of more than 1.5 million square feet of GSA / VA properties.

Previously Seberg had progressive employment with Mercury Companies Inc, starting as a Staff Accountant and left the organization as Executive Vice President, Treasure, and CFO. Seberg then joined Aardex LLC a firm that specialized in GSA development and property Management before co-founding ARES LLC.

Seberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master’s of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado. Seberg has previously been a Board Member of Centennial Bank N.A and held a Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.

• The COVID-19 virus has created economic instability and disruption and the REIT cannot be certain the extent it will impact the REIT’s operations or the value of the REIT’s assets, and therefore the value of the Shares.

• The common stock being offered to investors is non-voting common stock and the holders of all of the REIT’s voting common stock are affiliated with the officers and directors of the REIT.
